A Pisgah View resident reported that on 12/18/07 he was driving his car west on Livingston Street when he passed a large four-door gold car going in the opposite direction. This vehicle was occupied by four or five younger black males and one rolled down a driver?s side window as the cars passed. The resident heard something hit the rear of his car and looked into his mirror to see a suspect hanging out the gold car?s window, pointing a silver handgun toward his car. The resident stated that he drove home, as he was afraid to stop in that area. Officer J. Spinda found a bullet hole in the man?s trunk lid. ID responded for pictures and recovered a bullet from inside the trunk.
