ASHEVILLE - At 9:52 a.m. June 29, hours an APD officer took a Breaking & Entering report and a Larceny report at 1 Resort Drive in reference to a missing golf cart. At 12:14 p.m, APD received a call of a civil dispute at room 39-A over a golf cart. Officers responded, located the cart and it was the same. Arrested and charged were Randall Nathan Light, birth date 6-14-1984, for Felony B&E and Larceny. He was placed under a $5,000 secured bond. Hotel representatives were called, retrieved their property and said they were very thankful.
